Each year, Australia Day public holiday activities include artists' demonstrations in the courtyard, self
guided walks of Herring Island (free brochures/maps available from
the gallery), one guided tour, perfect weather and the perfect
opportunity for a picnic in treasured bushland. Hundreds of people can enjoy a great day on the island.
We hope to repeat this
performance in 2020 - particularly by organising perfect weather in spite of Melbourne's "weather on steroids" performance.

In the 2020 the artists demonstrating in the courtyard will be representing the Association of Sculptors of Victoria, the Valley Potters and A4 Art Australia.
