 You waited a week longer for this - and now the gallery will be open and ready for you to view the Valley Potters exhibition on Herring Island.

Valley Potters off to a Late Start

 The best laid plans can come unstuck in such uncertain times. Here is a glimpse of the work that is ready for the Valley Potters opening on Herring Island. Here's hoping we can enjoy them in real life soon.

 Due to the lock down to prevent transmission of Covid19 Herring Island Gallery will be closed on the weekend 13th and 14th February. Please come back to us for further information as we can let you know.

Valley Potters are next on Herring Island

Opening on 13th February the Valley Potters bring you ceramics ranging from small functional works through to large sculptural pieces. There are many different and unique treatments of clay, surfaces, textures and glazes: indeed, something for everyone.

On the first day of the exhibition we will offer COVID19 safe hospitality in the courtyard. Also under COVID19 restrictions visitors to the gallery are requested to register - either using the QR code with your smartphone or paper registrations. Records will be retained for 28 days only. Masks will be worn in the gallery but are not required in the courtyard.
